Our Managing Director, Mr Robert Jones formed BJ Mechanical in May 1990 to offer a specialist HVAC Service to Retail and Corporate Clients.

The Directors of the Company have a long association in the industry and combined, offer over 50 years experience of Service and Maintenance. We have gained a reputation for giving a personalised service to our clients, with the common aim of providing a “company of excellence” whose business has been built on our proven good name.

BJ Mechanical have a dedicated approach to their clients and pride ourselves on our response and performance through the South East of England. The general expansion of the Company over the past few years has not compromised our standards in any way and the commitment of the fleet of Multi Disciplined Engineers, have the backing of their site co-ordinators and Directors at all times.

Maintenance Department
The Maintenance Department covers the South East of England. Experienced mobile engineers, in fully equipped vehicles, handle all breakdown and maintenance problems. BJ Mechanical also provides comprehensive contract back up, including a 24-hour emergency service, available 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. Each contract is tailored to the Client's individual requirements and Budget.

Installation Department
The Installation Department specialises in new air Conditioning and Heating Works, the refurbishment of Equipment and Small Works. Natural wear and tear is identified via Maintenance Surveys. Contract values range from £5,000 to £250,000!

Quality Control
A high quality service is maintained by ensuring that work is carried out by qualified competent operators to the required British Standards of Health and Safety Recommendations and by regular quality control visits during work on site and after completion of jobs.

Complaints Procedure
BJ mechanical prides itself on its exemplary customer service record and has received few complaints with regard to service and quality of work, throughout its operating period. On the rare occasion this has happened we deal with it promptly and fairly, emphasizing our professional approach and determination to maintain customer confidence.

Health and Safety
BJ Mechanical has the same positive attitude towards Health and Safety as it does towards Quality Control. We believe safe and tidy-working conditions will help to produce quality workmanship and minimize hazards and injury and are committed to the Company's Health and Safety Policy. Every Engineer is aware of the Companies Health and Safety Procedures covering risks to themselves and the general public.
